Amit joined the doctoral program in Marketing Department at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University in Fall, 2016 and became part of CEBCM (Center for Excellence in Brand and Customer Management) group. Amit earned his Bachelor and Master Degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB).
Before joining PhD program, Amit was part of the leadership team at TechMahindra, one of the top Indian Information Technology (IT) Services Providers, and had worked on key consulting projects. Prior to that, he had proven track record in technology product/project management at Amdocs, one of the leaders in providing software products to the top tier communications and media companies.
He has keen interest in data based marketing strategy. He would like to explore the role of product innovation and digital transformation in enriching customer journeys
